The assessment for this subject is an assignment which aims to apply the information discussed here to a specific task.

The first step is to choose, and describe the critical aspects of, a task or activity which requires the control of movements of the body to interact with the environment, and objects within it.

The next step is to describe the perceptual information which is required to complete the task or activity successfully, and the perceptual processes by which the required information may be obtained.

The final step is to assess the implications of this analysis for practice or design.

Still images or video footage should be provided to assist in describing the task and the perceptual processes involved. Reference should be made to relevant literature.

The assignment may be submitted in electronic form as html or pdf files, or as hard copy with accompanying still and video images.
