Implementing Participatory Ergonomics at Vulcan Materials

This new project is a collaboration with Janet Torma-Krajewski and Lisa Steiner, NIOSH PRL. Vulcan Materials is the largest aggregate producer in the USA, with 300+ sites. The aim of the project is to trial at participative ergonomics program at two pilot sites in North Carolina and Virginia and evaluate the process and outcomes.
